ÖZETİntestinal intramural hematom genellikle warfarin kullanımına bağlı olarak gelişir. Nadir bir akut batın sebebidir.İskeminin şiddetine göre konservatif veya cerrahi tedavi uygulanabilir. Bu olgu sunumunda karın ağrısınedeni ile acil servise başvuran ve warfarin kullanımına bağlı intestinal intramural hematom gelişen hastayısunmayı amaçladık.Anahtar Kelimeler: Intramural Hematom; İnce Barsak. ; WarfarinABSTRACTIntestinal intramural hematoma usually develops due to the use of warfarin. It is a rare cause of acute abdomen.Depending on the severity of ischemia, conservative or surgical treatment may be performed.
